I found all the people I dealt with at Acree to be pleasant, intelligent and extremely helpful in explaining the air conditioners available. From Matt, the service person who came out – he was extremely helpful and explained my options for a new heating/air conditioning unit. The installers Tim Butler and Chris Richardson were very helpful and explained how the unit would be installed and answered any questions I had. One of them came back and fixed a small leak after a hard rainstorm. This is a roof top unit and they took pictures of everything they were doing during the installation and even when they came back to fix the leak. That was very helpful to have seen these pictures since I cannot go on the roof to look at it. All in all I have been very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Thanks again for a job well done!

Thank goodness, I will get a good nights sleep tonight

I was very impressed with Guy and Phil who installed our system today. They were on time, they were pleasant, and answered all my inquiry’s no matter how simple they were. When Guy and Phil were finished with the install, they cleaned up the work areas completely this was certainly appreciated.

Absolutely recommend Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric to anyone who needs AC service

We chose Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric based on a recommendation from a neighbor. He was extemely happy with the installation and service he had received. Glad we took his advice. From the service tech who came to look at our old unit, to the installation crews and installation manager who followed up with us when we had a small issue with our newly installed unit, everyone was fantastic. Acree’s employees were all professional, listened when we had questions, and acted immediately to resolve any issues we had. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs AC/Heating service. The teamwork that the installation crew used was wonderful. My air handler was difficult to install and since this took longer than expected a different team arrived towards the end of the install to help complete the work. This demonstrates the commitment to excellent customer service that a company has when teams work together to complete a job. Couldn’t Be Happier

Matt was our service person who diagnosed our problem and suggested we replace our unit. We were prepared to hear this and he was very professional, taking us through the process. Our service technicians were Pete and Rodney and they were also very professional. They answered my million questions and completed the work very well. We could not be HAPPIER with our service.
